Employment Law Training for Line Managers

Why should your managers attend this course?

Managers that have responsibility for looking after other staff often feel totally unprepared. Our practical and no nonsense course aims to guide operational managers and supervisors through the employment law minefield. It will help them tackle the employment issues that could expose your business to costly employment tribunal claims.

Employment Law for Line Managers is recommended for all line managers or those with supervisory responsibilities. No prior knowledge of employment law is required.

“This course highlighted to me that the managers had learnt best practice and gained a better understanding of employment law. The content was applicable to both experienced and newly appointed managers”.
L Lewis, Regional HR Manager

What is it?

This is not an open course.  It is run on your site (or a nearby training venue) with between 6 and 15 delegates. The ideal number is 10 to 12.  We provide two trainers for maximum impact of learning, often splitting into smaller groups to run through examples.  The day runs best when it is customised to cover your internal policies and procedures.

“The Deminos team have made a significant difference to our business by providing annual employment law overview training to our line managers.  I believe they offer a quality value added service to our business and commend them to you”.
