Once you sign up with Deminos, one of our HR team will contact you to discuss your company requirements. We then use the information provided to create a number of unique documents for you. These include the contract of employment (or written statement of employment terms). This is the primary document, tailored for each employee, and includes such information as start date, salary, hours of work etc. We then create an employment manual for your company. This needs to be given to every member of staff and provides much more detail on procedures such as grievance policy, email policy etc. These two documents form the contract between your company and each member of staff and make sure you comply with employment law.
