Louise Atkinson – HR Director
Each week, we profile a member of the Deminos team so you can learn a little more about who we are and what we do. This week, it’s HR Director Louise Atkinson.
Louise is our HR Director, and along with Neil founded Deminos back in 2007.
While Neil was running his previous mapping business, Louise was an HR manager with experience working in the food retail and construction sectors.
Any HR advice in regards to the business came from Louise, and this laid the foundation of what became Deminos. The pair knew that most HR consultants would lack the sensitivity and intimacy to handle a lot of HR situations, so aimed to provide a more personal service that would have the client’s needs at the forefront.
That philosophy has remained in place ever since, with Louise acting in a consultancy capacity overseeing both the HR and Learning and Development services offered by Deminos. Away from the busy world of HR, Louise loves spending time with her family and considers herself to be something of a wine connoisseur.
