Olivia Walker – HR Advisor
Each week, we profile a member of the Deminos team so you can learn a little more about who we are and what we do. This week, it’s Team Blue HR Advisor, Olivia Walker.
Olivia has over 15 years’ experience in HR, mostly gained in the travel and tourism industry. She worked for two years as an HR business partner at a major European airline, and spent eight years as HR Manager and later HR Director at a leading global hotel company. Olivia is also a chartered member of the CIPD.
Olivia’s expertise includes resourcing and talent planning, managing change, performance management and employee engagement.
In her spare time, Olivia likes travelling around the world, going to gigs and festivals, and taking an interest in whatever new fad her kids are currently embracing!
